SHIPPING POLICY

  1. PRODUCT NATURE
    All products are handcrafted and made-to-order unless otherwise explicitly stated by Seller. Processing and build times vary by item type, customization, workload, and material availability and are listed on individual product pages for reference only.

  2. PROCESSING TIME
    Orders enter production only after payment has been received and fully processed. All stated processing and build times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  3. SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
    Once production is complete and an order has shipped, typical domestic delivery times range from two (2) to ten (10) days depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are outside Seller’s control.

  4. EXPRESS PRIORITY SHIPPING
    USPS Priority Mail Express is the fastest USPS shipping service and is the only service that includes a money-back guarantee on the postage paid if delivery is not completed by the carrier’s stated delivery date and time. Delivery timeframes are assigned by USPS and typically range from one (1) to two (2) days after shipment but may vary from that range and are not guaranteed by Seller. The guarantee applies only to the refund of shipping charges and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery for purposes of cancellation, refund, or liability.

  5. PRIORITY MAIL
    Priority Mail shipments typically arrive within two (2) to three (3) days after shipment; however, this delivery timeframe is not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service.

  6. IN-STOCK AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
    All items sold by Seller are handmade and produced to order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any availability or quantity shown on a product listing reflects the availability of materials required to manufacture the item, not the existence of finished items ready for immediate shipment. Items will not ship until production is complete unless specifically identified.

  7. RUSH ORDERS
    Rush orders may be available depending on workload and time of year and require prior approval by Seller. Rush service is not guaranteed. Rush fees generally begin at thirty-five dollars ($35) and vary based on item and required turnaround time.

  8. SHIPPING DELAYS
    Shipment and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by production limitations, carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond Seller’s control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

  9. SHIPPING DAMAGE
    Shipping damage must be reported within one (1) day of delivery. Buyers must provide photographic documentation of the packaging and item condition as received. Buyers are responsible for filing damage claims directly with the carrier.

  10. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
    Ballistic Concepts, LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Buyer.
